Fast Delivery


We work closely with our delivery partners Parcelforce and Palletforce to deliver your goods within 3-5 working days.  Our items are classed as either small or large items.

Please note that in the case where multiple small items are purchased, and the weight exceeds 50kg, the delivery is considered a large item and will incur a large delivery charge.

Small items:Include taps, shower systems, bathroom accessories, and towel rails and some shower trays.

Large items:Include toilets and basins, baths, shower enclosures, Shower Trays and any other item not defined as small.

General Information

Pallet Deliveries

After the goods are dispatched from our warehouse they will be delivered according to the delivery schedule you have chosen during checkout unless notified otherwise by our customer service.

Please note delivery is to kerb side and during normal business hours of Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, unless you have chosen a Premium or Saturday delivery.

Please have identification with you as the driver will request this.

Out of hours delivery can be arranged but will incur an additional charge. Please contact our customer service department on [email protected] for further information.

Unfortunately we are only able to deliver to postal codes within mainland UK.

Parcel Deliveries

Parcel deliveries are delivered by  Parcelforce .

Please note delivery is during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Parcelforce will make 1 attempt to deliver your parcel, however if delivery is unsuccessful after the 1st attempt Parcelforce will leave small parcels at your local post office where it can be collected at your convenience.

For larger parcels, 1 attempt is also made, however if unsuccessful, a charge may be incurred if we have to rearrange delivery.

  1. In order to arrange a return for whatever reason please start by emailing our customer service team at [email protected]
  2. They will issue you with a returns authorisation which you should include with the items you are planning to return. Only items returned that match the authorisation will be eligible for a refund.
  3. Customer Service will organise a pick up time for the goods that is convenient for you. Please note returning goods will incur a charge, £8 for small items, £34 for large items.
  4. If you are returning the goods yourself please contact customer service for instructions.
  5. Faulty or defective goods returned by you will be tested and if found to be so, either will be replaced or refunded. The cost of returning the goods will be refunded to you and in the case of a replacement product the redelivery charge will be paid by the company.
