Q : Do you have a showroom or can I collect?

A: We are online only. This allows us to keep costs down and keep our prices low. We ship hundreds of products daily from our 50,000 square foot state of the art warehouse to customers all over the UK.

Q: Can I order an item if it's out of stock?

A: Yes you can. If you call us on 0345 601 4773 we will be happy to advise you of when the product is next available and arrange for you to place your order.

Q: How do I return an Item or cancel an order?

A: We offer a 28 day money back guarantee. Our full returns process can be found here 

Q: Do you offer discount for business

A: Yes we offer 10% discount for trade customers, please sign up here

Q: Can I amend my order? 

As long as your order has not been dispatched we will be happy to amend your order. 

Q: Where can I find technical information on a product?

A: We try to include as much information as possible on the product page. Dimensions for most products can be seen in the thumbnail below the main picture and also detailed on the product page. However if you cannot find the information you need, please do not hesitate to call us or chat to us online.

Q : How long is delivery?

A: Our items are classed as either small or large. Small items take 3 - 5 days to deliver from dispatch. For Large items delivery is £34 for most parts of the UK and can be delivered in 72 hours when the item is in stock. Our premium service delivers in 48 hours pre 10am and costs £49. You can choose a suitable delivery date during checkout.  Saturday delivery is also available. 

Q: Do you deliver at the weekend?

A: Yes, we offer Saturday delivery up to 12 o'clock. Orders must be placed by 12 on the preceding Thursday.

Q: Will I be contacted before delivery?

A: Yes, for Large deliveries we request our courier to call 1 hour before delivery. Unfortunately we do not offer this service for small/parcel deliveries.

Q: What happens if I am not at home when the delivery arrives?

A: We do recommend that someone is home to receive delivery on the alloted day. If the driver is unable to deliver, you may incur a redelivery fee.
