I received a phone call from the supplier to confirm everything beforehand. Delivery was spot on. The product is good quality. The fully enclosed sides look good but make fitting a bit tricky because you can’t see the waste pipe engaging. A previous review about the tiny waste hole concerned me but the waste gets drawn away more powerfully due to the hole being tiny, and my aim has improved! The extra height is a good idea - I’m not elderly yet, but it now matches the height of my sink and looks good! (Posted on 10/06/2019)

Cannot recommend. Toilet looks neat and compact....but beware, the bottom portion of the toilet bowl is TINY. You won't see it from the regular photos and it's not really that obvious on the design sheet either, unless you have expert eyes. So...either you'll need a devastatingly accurate aim, or, much more likely, you'll be spending all your time scrubbing the loo with your new best friend the toilet brush. (Posted on 27/01/2016)
